Shipping Policy

Where possible, all orders are processed within two business days of being received.

At this time, DRITAL Perspiration Controlling Powder does not offer international shipping as a standard service. However, international orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside Australia and wish to purchase our products, please contact us at [assist@drital.com.au] to inquire about availability and shipping costs.

International shipping fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

  • Deliveries are conducted during business hours, Monday - Friday only
  • Excludes weekends and public holidays
  • Transit times are estimated
  • May be affected by factors out of our control
  • May change without notice

Postage and Handling Costs – AUSTRALIA

  • STANDARD delivery to an address within Australia = $8.50
  • STANDARD delivery to an address within Australia for orders over $50 = FREE SHIPPING
  • EXPRESS delivery to an address within Australia = $12.50
  • EXPRESS delivery to an address within Australia for orders over $50 = $4.50

Estimated Delivery Timeframes - AUSTRALIA

  • STANDARD delivery = DRITAL will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within ten business days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) 
  • For STANDARD orders delivered to Western Australia and the Northern Territory: Please allow up to 9-15 =business days for delivery.
  • EXPRESS delivery = you will receive your order within 1-4 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • For EXPRESS orders delivered to Western Australia and the Northern Territory: Please allow up to 2-6 business days for delivery.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions:

DRITAL will post all orders to all states and regions throughout Australia. 

**Please note that while we endeavour to have your order delivered within the above timeframes, due to the impacts of COVID-19 there can be a delay in receiving your shipment.

Delivery Addresses

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we use Aramex Australia as our delivery partner for most customer orders.

Please note:
Aramex does not deliver to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes), Parcel Lockers, or Australia Post Parcel Collect addresses.

For this reason, we require a residential or business street address for all orders.

If a PO Box address is entered at checkout, this may delay your order while we contact you to obtain a valid street address.

Goods and Services Tax:

DRITAL is based in Australia and we are required by law to charge Goods and Services Tax on all orders shipped to customers in Australia.
