By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which apply to all users including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

- Offer counterfeit or imitation versions of DRITAL products online or offline.
DRITAL may suspend or cancel orders suspected of unauthorised resale, bulk redistribution or misuse.
We may take legal action and seek compensation for any unauthorised resale or counterfeit activity.
Customers breaching this clause indemnify DRITAL against all damages, claims and costs (including legal fees).
SECTION 14 – USER-GENERATED CONTENT (REVIEWS, SOCIAL MEDIA AND SUBMISSIONS)

- Is truthful and not misleading;
- Is not offensive or unlawful.
DRITAL may review, edit or remove content that breaches these terms or laws.
DRITAL is not responsible for any user content posted by you or others.

Any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms and any agreements for our services are governed by the laws of Australia.
